It is funny how I met Lindsay and Burton… actually our dogs introduced us! Since then we became park friends and over time true friends. Lindsay was one of the first real girl friends I made after we moved to Chicago and I was thankful for her friendship in the new city.

When Lindsay introduced me to Burton I could tell they were made for each other. With their laid back personalities and both of them sporting a smile… they are a perfect match. I love how carefree and fun they are to be around, I bet any of their friends can attest to that!

So having the opportunity to take these two love birds engagement photos was a blast! They were so cute together and since they just got engaged the week prior the butterflies were still flying. We actually had a chance to go to the exact place Burton asked for Lindsay to marry him. Overlooking the city in the middle of Dearborn bridge just steps away from Sullivan’s Steakhouse where they first met.

Thank you Lindsay & Burton for letting me take your engagement photos and being apart of such a special time in your lives. I wish you both the very best in your new life together!
