One thing I adore about capturing weddings is the love story behind the couple. Linh and David’s love story is something truly magical… they met at Loyola University while studying to get their masters, had their first date ice skating in Millennium Park and just when you thought life couldn’t get any better David popped the question last spring!

I’ve never seen a groom light up the way David did when he saw Linh for the first time. He grabbed her hand, they kissed and you could feel their nerves wash away. Neither of them could not stop smiling from that moment on.

In front of their family and friends from all over they said, “I do” on a beautiful spring day at the Royal Melbourne Club. Watching the two of them together was like watching their love story unfold. All the emotions from their relationship bubbled to the surface and was supported by everyone who shared in their day.

From Linh’s stunning dress to their gorgeous cake by Milette’s Cake their day was filled with joy, laughter and tears. I’m so honored I had the chance to get to know Linh and David and share in such a magical moment in both of their lives.
